As you probably know by now, the original copy of this page was lost in a major disk crash (and yes, all of the backup tapes were bad...). As a result of that crash, I cannot replace all the captions on the original page -- apologies.

We are in the process of identifying and restoring the images in this directory. Please be patient: they should be back eventually; however, this is written after a many, many weeks of looking, so please be very patient. It could take more time than I like to think about...
